Ruske sile so v Odeški regiji zadele tri ladje, ki so po navedbah ruskega obrambnega ministrstva prevažale orožje in vojaško opremo za oborožene sile Ukrajine.

Po navedbah ruske strani sta bili tarči napada dve tovorni ladji, ki sta se nahajali v Črnem morju južno od Odese, in ena tovorna ladja na sidrišču pristanišča Černomorsk.

Ministrstvo je navedlo, da so napade izvedli brezpilotni letalniki Geran-2 in Gerbera, pa tudi lebdeče strelivo Lancet.
